Built as the Bents cracker factory, the first in America, this property needed a little exterior remodeling to help add some depth and dimension. We extended the first-floor windows outward to create a strong, grounded base for the building’s structured facade. Additionally, we redesigned the front entryway, projecting it forward and adding a balcony above. These architectural updates bring balance, symmetry, and a renewed sense of elegance and presence to such a distinguished property.
