Our first, and one of our favorite projects, The Castle, is a true architectural gem.

Constructed in 1888 by Peabody & Stearns—one of the most renowned architectural firms in the Eastern United States during the late 19th and early 20th centuries—this estate is one of Brookline’s most exquisite.

It underwent a complete gut renovation, seamlessly bringing a historic masterpiece into the 21st century while honoring and preserving its original grandeur.
