This sensational project involved a 3rd floor remodel of this charming Somerville residence. The project was to transform the 3rd floor by creating a luxurious master suite, a welcoming guest bedroom, and a spa-like bathroom – all connected by a beautifully functional outdoor deck.
Our team had expanded the 2nd floor layout with a more spacious kitchen, and living room, years ago; so it was exciting for us to make additional changes with this wonderful client again.
